Service Area
We do not have a retail location. We work from a private studio and come to customers' locations for private fitting appointments, and we deliver your items when completed. In some cases, we are also able to pick up items for alteration that do not require a fitting, such as pants when you already know your inseam length.
Our service area is generally any location within a 15 minute drive from downtown Auburn (no fitting fee). Delivery is included!
In-home fittings for some locations outside this area are available as time allows and require a $25 consultation fee. Delivery fee $10.

Alterations Rates
Rates are based on the specific types of alterations performed. We're happy to provide an estimate prior to scheduling a fitting appointment - just text or email us with photos or a link to your item, and a description of the types of alterations you think you will need.
How do fitting appointments work?
Fittings usually take about 15 minutes for most items. For wedding gowns, plan for up to an hour.
If you need hemming, you will need to try on your item with the same shoes you'll be wearing at your event. A different pair with the same heel height is OK, too!
For wedding gowns, or any dress requiring fit adjustment above the knees, you will need to try it on with any undergarments you plan to wear with it - especially bra or body shaper.
